Diesel Shop Service Manager
We are looking for a Service Manager, someone with sharp attention to detail and a heart to really take care of the customer. This individual would be responsible for coordinating and scheduling HTI Hall Trucking’s equipment in conjunction with our outside customer base. They would be the main face between the customer or driver and our technicians, deciphering technician terminology and bringing clarity to the customer. This individual would also be responsible for the start to finish process of creating work orders, assigning technicians, generating invoices, submitting to the customer, and processing payments.

One of our current greatest needs is someone familiar with diagnostics, aftertreatment systems, and electrical schematic breakdowns. This industry continues to evolve and we continue to see the increased needs for our customers in these areas.
We offer a baseline salary to our technicians as well as additional commission-based opportunities, allowing this position to earn anywhere from $60,000-85,000 per year.
Our Shop:
We know the right environment can make or break the job. Our shop is fitted with LED’s and we keep the shop clean. We also understand the demands placed on the body in order to do this job well. It is our heart to have our technicians go home at the end of the day with energy to give to their families and loved ones. As a result, you will work in an air-conditioned shop in the summer and a heated shop in the winter. You will be reimbursed once a year for the proper working boot of your choice because the right shoe matters for those who spend the day on their feet.

Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher
One of our current needs is in the office for a Logistics Coordinator (Dispatcher). The scope of work consists of building upon existing relationships with customers and establishing new ones, building loads into our dispatching software and issuing them to drivers, providing real-time status updates to our customers, sourcing new loads and matching the right routes to the right drivers (based on their personality, preference, and equipment types), answering phone inquiries for drivers and customers alike, putting out the occasional fire, and laughing together because we are all human.

Being a small company, we wear multiple hats – and that’s partially what fuels us. It’s invigorating and helps us stay sharp. There are very few days that seem as though they move at snail’s pace. The right individual will consider themselves eager to learn and hard charging, all the while giving themselves room to fail and grow. They are a self-starter, taking the initiative to work collaboratively to determine solutions as the needs arise. Transportation industry experience is required. It will take an average of 1-2 months for someone to learn how we operate and achieve an understanding of our operations. What Winning Looks Like:
· Knowing our driver’s by name and knowing what equipment they are assigned to
· Communicating effectively and timely to all parties involved in each load
· Scheduling loads based on driver preference and available hours of service
· Inputting data with precision into dispatching software
· Prioritizing tasks correctly and executing them
· Formulating solutions to both simple and complex puzzles
· Recognizing occasional mistakes and putting safeguards in place to prevent them from reoccurring
